Our Founder & owner

Linda is a former Internal Revenue Agent and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She has over 25 years of experience in: complex federal and multi-state income tax return preparation for all entities (individual, corporate, LLC, partnership, fiduciary, exempt organization, gift, estate, closely held businesses, private foundations, non-profit organizations); representation of taxpayers for audits of federal and state returns; payroll, sales, and use taxes; tax planning; tax research; development and maintenance of tax policies and procedures; consulting to large companies; voluntary tax liability disclosure; and corporate tax nexus.

Linda has been very involved over the years within the special needs community coaching and instructing aquatic skills; and raising her daughter, Stephanie who was the first female with Down Syndrome to compete in a Special Olympics USA Game Triathlon, and continues to compete in Special Olympics Aquatics Endurance Swimming.
